Where he weens you off the processed and mass-produced foods that as a species, we have not only become hooked on, but even convinced that they are healthy. 'Low-fat' ready meals, 'gourmet' microwaveable meals that are 'made by chefs and 'plant-based protein alternatives' are just a few of the avalanche of foods that plague our supermarkets shelves, parading as bringing you nutrition and good health.

There was never ONE day that I didn't have potatoes, bread, crisps. And I can honestly say that I have not missed ANY of it!

Sandie not only teaches you how to take care of yourself, but does so without demonising food. He gives you alternatives. He gives you passion for what you eat and fuel yourself with. 

"The reason I wanted to work with Sandie over other chefs, is because not only does he know his stuff, but he's down to Earth. He teaches you how to take care of yourself, but doesn't demonise food. Sandie's tips have 100% helped me to lose weight and have more energy as a result of following Sandie's way of eating. You should invest in a program like this, because you should give yourself enough worth to want to take care of your body and your mind.
