Sandie has been working with Kiernan since March 2023. Together, they have been working on him following a low-carb/Keto lifestyle, reducing his sugar intake as much as possible and so far, they have been really pleased with the results. 
Ever since I've been working with Sandie, his food has helped me a lot as an athlete. I've got way more energy, I'm not as drowsy and don't feel as heavy after eating. I'm not constantly craving snacks...

I feel like after I eat a meal, I'm completely satisfied and don't need to crave unhealthy snacks after 
and that translates for an athlete, because you feel fresher, in a better shape ready to train and to play the game. As an athlete, this year I feel like I've had more energy than ever, I can run further, I can last longer in games towards the end and that's the main thing, that's what you want as a player. You want to feel good on the pitch, you don't want to feel lazy, you don't want to feel lethargic. 

How Going Sugarless & Low Carb Helps Me As An Athlete...

As an athlete, I'm always working, I'm always active, naturally there are going to be times when you get tired, but comparing this season to the season before, I have felt like I've needed to rest & relax, or go for sleeps way less than I used to previously. That's partly down to the diet I'm eating, it's eating superfoods and not eating unnecessary junk which helps and keeps my mind active, so I'm ready to go for longer during the day. And to be honest, I've been there, I'm tried and tested with this now and I do feel like more people should eat this way. I've had numerous people change the way they want to eat and it's had positive effects on their lives, so there's no harm in trying it! Of course it's going to be difficult at times, you're going to have to stay pretty strict with it, but if you're seeing results and seeing positive outcomes, then I don't see why you wouldn't continue to do that. And that's exactly what I've seen, that's exactly what people close to me have seen, so yeah I would encourage people just to try it for a couple of months and see how they feel. If they don't feel better from it, then there's no harm in having tried it, but if they do, then perfect!

 

...But yeah, for me personally, it's helped me a lot, so I'm thankful that I've got a good base now with the way that I'm eating. I feel healthier, I feel fitter, I feel stronger, so yeah I would encourage anyone to give it a try if they can.
