Private dining, with The Wellness Chef, is a fantastic way of spending time with your guests whilst enjoying the treat of magical food, presented and brought directly to you by The Wellness Chef himself, all from the comfort of your own home, or a venue of your choice.


His desire to meet the needs and requirements of specifically you and your guests. Then exceed all your expectations, by delivering a unique food experience, that only The Wellness Chef can create and deliver.


My menus are completely bespoke for you and will never be recreated ever again due to specific tastes, dietary requirements, seasons, and kitchen logistics.
This is truly a magical way to dine and entertain your guests.

The Wellness Chef team will do all the hard work so you can sit back and relax in the knowledge that you will be provided with a five-star restaurant-quality meal, delivered in my unique way.

"All my dishes are influenced by seasonal produce, provided to us by our award-winning producers, offering something for every taste.

All our meat, fruit and vegetables are locally and ethically sourced, and organic where possible, ensuring that we work to get the best possible flavour whilst working with the land.

My ultimate goal is for you to have the best experience with me and the food we create, and I do say we, as you will play an influential part in creating the menu and the event.

When creating the ultimate dining experience for you and your guests, I will be on hand prior, during and after. I’m only a phone call away to make sure all your needs are met.

His Influences

"I started my culinary journey at a very young age, too young to remember, I was a foodie before being a foodie was trendy. 


My family was a massive influence on my culinary journey, which took me from the northwest of England to Kenya in East Africa, where my parents and family were born and raised.  It was there where I tasted the most remarkable food ever! We were privileged to witness, on my first trip, a whole deer being cooked underground with hot coals and of course with the finest of spices.

Kenya had been under British rule until the 1960s and not realising, it was one of the few countries in Africa that had a melting pot of influence and ingredients from all over Asia and Africa.

So, inadvertently my family became pioneers of great food and mixed it up with a massive British and Irish influence, as my family moved to Manchester, where we were also able to taste the delights of our neighbours, from Italian, Jamaican to Greek cuisine.

After leaving school I decided to enrol at a catering college. I was extremely fortunate as I was one of the last few students that were trained under City & Guilds, where we learnt everything about food and foodservice.
I am one of the last of the golden age of chefs that trained under the influence of French master - Auguste Escoffier, the father of the modern kitchen and who developed what we know today as a kitchen brigade, with the head chef at the helm.

With my cookery honours, I have been able to hone my specific skills and over time learn new techniques, styles and knowledge and boom! The Spice Guy was born.

After taking all this knowledge and wealth of experience, I am now able to make your private dining experience more memorable and delicious than any other dining you have ever experienced."

Who have I cooked for?

How do you organise my special dining experience?

"Whatever your special event, I will provide you with the highest quality dining experience to enhance it.

After making your initial enquiry, I will arrange to speak to you or a representative and we will begin to build a private dining experience that is unique to you.

I will ask you three simple questions to start with; When, where and for how many?

I will then invite you to share stories of your favourite food memories, ask you to explore what foods you have enjoyed and those you haven’t, scents you like, and flowers that evoke certain memories, all to build a menu that is unique to you and your guests.  This will help me to completely understand your requirements.
 

Don’t worry if you can not answer these straight away and no answer is a wrong answer!
We are here to help and guide you in every step.

Once your booking is confirmed, I will then meet you or your representative, at a time that is convenient to you, to go over the smallest details in-person to ensure that your event goes without a glitch.  We will talk about timings when to arrive, where to park and how the dining experience will unfold and then when we will finish, clean and leave.

Don’t worry if your numbers change or someone is a Vegan. I am here to make your life easy and I can cater for all dietary requirements.

Upon arrival on the day, we will arrive 1 to 2 hours before your ‘Eat Time’, with everything needed to produce your menu.


My team and I  will take over your kitchen, dress your table, set any flowers that may have been ordered and then begin to prepare, cook and serve a meal that is out of this world!

Depending on what was organised whether it is an elaborate dinner, or a family Sunday lunch, or a birthday celebration amongst friends, we will take care of every detail, so you do not need to worry. We will even do all the washing up!
 

You will be provided with an in-depth itinerary prior to the event so you know exactly what is happening and at what time, leaving you to relax with your guest in the knowledge that everything is taken care of.
