Freshly Ground Coriander

My freshly ground coriander has a warm, sweet & floral flavour, with a subtle hint of citrus. It is commonly used in Indian, Asian and Mexican cooking, and is part of a great many spice blends. Apart from that, it is useful to add an earthy and aromatic body to soups, sauces, gravies and stews, and it has a great affinity with oranges due to its own citrus notes. Try adding a couple of teaspoons to a carrot and orange soup, for a lovely winter warmer!
