​I met Sandie from his work with my son (former Leicester, now Chelsea Football Club player Kiernan Dewsbury Hall). I saw the results so I thought I'd give it a go.

I am the world's biggest sceptic! I tried everything! Weightwatchers, Slimming World, Herbalife.. you name it! I am now nearly a stone off and two dress sizes down. Not only that, but I have MUCH more energy. I was always partial to a nap and really lacked motivation & energy due to not sleeping properly. I am now sleeping sooo much better and everyone says that I am much nicer as a result (I thought I was before! Haha!), as I no longer am moody or miserable to be around! There was never ONE day that I didn't have potatoes, bread, crisps. I loved a bag of Walkers, jacket pot, mash pot, along with the occasional chippy take away,pizza sweets, red bull, cider, pop... And I can honestly say (and I would never have imagined it) that I have not missed ANY of it and am not craving it either!

Never in a million years would I have been able to achieve the results I am seeing now, I would probably given up in the first couple of weeks. Sandie has been instrumental in his help, support & encouragement. Always at hand if I had any concerns, questions or needed any help & advice. It really has changed my life, I am much happier now, it really has changed my life! If you decide to work with Sandie, you will no regret it. It's not even difficult to follow, just a different way of life.

My favourite low-carb/keto dishes of Sandie's have got to be dauphinoise 'potatoes' (celeriac), steak and his salsa. My favourite spice of Sandie's is his 'Extra Tasty Roast Chicken Blend'. All of his spices are homemade, you have a wonderful array of different ones. They are not like all the others. You get more for your money and they are made with such care & attention.
